When you submit an application, we collect:
- Identity information: name, email, phone number, location
- Professional information: LinkedIn URL, resume, work history, education, certifications, skills, languages, specialized experience
- Application content: motivation responses, availability
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, cookies, session data
- Referral information: referral codes, referrer relationships
We do NOT collect Social Security numbers, payment card data, or government-issued ID numbers.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Evaluate your application and match you with AI training opportunities
- Verify your identity, credentials, and professional background
- Communicate with you about application status, opportunities, and platform updates
- Process referral bonuses and qualification bonuses
- Improve our service through aggregated, de-identified analytics
- Comply with legal obligations
- Use machine learning models to assist in matching applicants to project requirements
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We share information with the following processors strictly to operate our service:
- Supabase, Inc. — database and file storage hosting
- Vercel, Inc. — website hosting and analytics
- Resend, Inc. — outbound transactional and notification email delivery (account verification, magic links, application status, and similar messages)
- Zoho Corporation — inbound email handling for support@realtrainai.com (incoming mail to our support address)
- AI training platforms and labs — when you are matched to a specific opportunity, we share relevant profile information with the matching organization, only with your consent
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Data Retention
We retain your application and profile data while your account is active and for 24 months after account closure or last activity, whichever is later. After this period, data is permanently deleted or de-identified for analytics purposes.
You may request earlier deletion at any time by emailing support@realtrainai.com.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access: request a copy of your data
- Correction: update inaccurate information
- Deletion: request deletion of your data
- Portability: request data in a structured format
- Opt-out: withdraw consent for processing
- Objection: object to certain types of processing

We use machine learning models to assist with matching applicants to opportunities and reviewing application materials. Final decisions are reviewed by humans. We do not use your information to train external AI models without your explicit consent.
10. Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact us immediately.
11. International Transfers
If you access our service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States. By using our service, you consent to this transfer.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last Updated” date will reflect any changes. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
